The Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center where I work is located next to this decrepit office building. At one point this housed the Atlanta Constitution newspaper and later Georgia Power before being abandoned in 1972. Since I've walked by it regularly for the last two decades it has sat crumbling, with trees and other vegetation growing out of the top of it. Homeless people occupied it for many years until about 10 years ago when metal barricades were installed on the windows and doors on the lower floors. I suspect some people may have found a way in and are still living in there. The building was once lauded for its architectural style. Now it is an eyesore, which I've read a developer has bought and plans to remodel, but we'll see. I've always found it an interesting building and one which surely has a lot of stories to tell. If any office building in Atlanta is haunted by ghosts, this would be the one. More info at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlanta_Constitution_Building
Dec. 2024 update: This building has been slated again for redevelopment. https://atlanta.urbanize.city/post/downtown-constitution-building-developer-picked-vision-emerges-historic-atl-landmark
